I have bought and will soon be making the website www.5dollardiet.com and then I can connect this blog to that web site. I have created a diet plan that takes the stress out of eating and measuring and grocery shopping and the information is only going to cost $5.00. I have also been eating for only $5 a day. I lost 78 pounds when I did it the first go around. Then like most people got lazy and gained a few pounds back. Now I am on it again and have lost 10 pounds in two weeks. I will be posting pics soon but I figure no one would take my advice if there were not some sort of proof or data to back it up. I have friends that have been successful with it too. I hope they will allow me to share their stories here soon as well. Keep Checking Back! Piece of mind is worth $5.
