Yesterday I did not workout because I trimmed bushes for 6 hours and my body said... NO MORE!
Today I did my regular work out chair exercises and Airdyne. Feeling great. When I am low carb dieting I do not feel as hungry so I tend to eat a little less at some meals and that is great!
